In 2024:
Annual meeting of Assembly in March, 15 meetings of the Presidency, 3 conferences organized by our departments, more than 10 invited lectures on public and expert interest, special symposium on Artificial Intelligence in Medicine with the Academy of Medical Sciences of Serbian Medical Society. Participation in Euro-CASE meeting in Budapest.

Next academy annual event

December 18, 2024 Assembly for election of new members, March 2025 regular annual Assembly meeting.

Highlights 2019

– The Academy of Engineering Sciences of Serbia (AESS) was elected as a new member of CAETS at the annual convocation in Stockholm, in June 2019. CAETS membership now spans 30 countries distributed across six continents of the world. Dr Sanja Vranes has been appointed by the AESS Steering Committee to be a representative of AESS in CAETS.
– AESS and the Academy of Medical Science – Serbian Medical Society signed a memorandum on bilateral cooperation. This agreement is in line with general commitment of the AESS to enrich its capacity with expertise in non-engineering domains.
– In cooperation with the Technical University of Vienna, the Dresden University of Technology and the Bratislava University of Technology, AESS organized the International Scientific Conference “e-Future of Cities – Between Temptations of Exponential Technology Growth and the Concept of Human City” held inBelgrade in October 2019.
