A joint conference with the Academy of Engineering of Mexico was also organized, and RAI has maintained its representation in CAETS activities.
The academy has published several books and reports in Spanish, including Raw Materials in the Energy Transition and Digitalization: The Role of Mining and Metallurgy, Plant Health in Agriculture and Forestry: Challenges and Perspectives, How to Promote Innovation in the Classroom, and Engineering and Accessibility. Additionally, the academy worked on the revision and improvement of the Spanish Dictionary of Engineering.
Several conferences have taken place as part of the «La RAI en la red» programme, covering topics such as soft robotics, glass as a structural material, and the role of nuclear energy.
Seminars on innovation and entrepreneurship in the media, as well as on the role of Artificial Intelligence, were also conducted.
The «Mujer e Ingeniería» (Women and Engineering) programme continued with various activities, including mentoring programme for engineering students and initiatives aimed at early-career professionals, companies, schools, and institutions.
