21 Nov Distinguished International Associates Round 5: Artificial Intelligence
The UK Royal Academy of Engineering has opened the fifth round of the Distinguished International Associates programme, focused on AI and related technologies.
Lead applicants must be mid- to late-career and working in (or close to) AI or similar technologies (machine learning, autonomous systems, etc) and be based outside the UK, but they must also have a named UK collaborator.
Distinguished International Associates Round 5: Artificial Intelligence
The Distinguished International Associates (DIA) programme aims to develop a broad international community of excellent diverse engineers across countries and disciplines, with research and innovation links to the UK, to work alongside the Academy to enhance progress towards achieving its goals for an inclusive economy and sustainable society.
Awardees will be offered a grant to amplify the impact of their collaboration with the UK engineering community in an area which aligns with the Academy’s strategic priority themes. The fifth round of the programme is open now to engineers based in any country outside the UK whose work focuses on artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, or machine learning.
