Academies promote excellence and scientific progress for society. Collaboration with stakeholders is fundamental to translate scientific findings into action, including by discussing the relevant key issues. Key partnerships with relevant stakeholders in civil society or relevant industry support this role of Academies. During this webinar we will hear from Academies and their partnerships with various partners. We will also hear from some of these stakeholders about their collaborations with Academies, their benefits and lessons learned.

SAPEA aims to strengthen the links between European academies and is offering a series of workshops to academies across Europe. These workshops are a unique opportunity to bring the academy community together and jointly identify ways of improving science advice practices.
