This paper presents the methods of structural analysis of the level of damping elastomeric bearing system of second order. Thus, the method of analysis and optimization is to change with discrete values the stiffness of the elastomeric system and mass of the construction gravitational positioned on the base of isolation system.

This paper presents synthesis results of applied researches on the behaviour of modal road viaducts which are elastic leaning and have only mostly only rigid motions with elastic. Eigen mode analysis was performed for a road viaduct performed by Bechtel in Gilau area on Transilvania Highway.

The paper deals with effects cumulation in the case of a mechanical structure cyclic loaded with blocks of different stresses. The most known relationships proposed in literature for this loading case, are empirical, refers to linear-elastic behavior of the material; they do not take into account the influence of mean stress, of load rate and deteriorations. In this paper one proposes a general relationship for the effects accumulation, due to cyclic loading with several blocks of normal stresses, in the case of nonlinear behavior of the structure material.

The authors conducted experimental research on the buggy ladle and beams chesonate models manufactured at scale. The actual structure of the bogie was tested on a special stand set up in the laboratory of Strength of Materials Department of the "Politehnica" University of Bucharest.

The increasing of the a.c. motors efficiency is a stringent necessity in Europe, with important effects on the final users' expenditures and on the decreasing of the emissions associated by the burning of the primary fuel to produce electrical energy. The increasing of the a.c. motors efficiency may be obtained mainly by decreasing the energy losses in magnetic cores.

Intentional electromagnetic interferences (IEMIs), as "malicious generation of electromagnetic energy introducing noise or signals into electric and electronic systems, thus disrupting, confusing or damaging these systems for terrorist or criminal purposes" (acc. to IEC International standard 61000-2-13) represent a potential risk factor, which should be taken into account when assessing the safe operation of complex, significant current systems and especially of the future systems, associated with a sustainable development of society.
